Interlinked share links: content policy Share links exist so people can hand files to the people they choose. They may not be used to distribute: - content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark - malware, or anything designed to compromise devices or accounts - content that is illegal to distribute, or that depicts the abuse of children - other people's private information published to harass them Report a link: every shared page carries a "Report this link" link, or POST the link and a reason to /api/report on this host. Every report is looked at by a person. A link that violates this policy is paused: it stops serving and answers 404, nothing is deleted, and the person who published it is told why and has 14 days to dispute. Three independent reports of one link inside 24 hours pause it on their own until reviewed. Accounts that repeatedly publish infringing content lose hosting. Copyright (DMCA) notices: send formal notices to the designated agent listed at https://www.interlinkedfiles.com/legal (takedown requests must identify the work, the infringing link, and include the statements the DMCA requires). Counter-notices go to the same address.
